About

What is important to you?

I work with young adults who are trying to figure out this stage of life – working a full-time job for the first time, living away from home or with roommates, and navigating how to maintain friendships and a social life. You might feel a little overwhelmed, confused, and unsure what you actually want to do next. I work with adults at all ages who feel stuck in a repetitive, overwhelming cycle – work, family, household responsibilities, childcare, appointments, finances, and so on. You might feel exhausted from the constant demands of life and think there are too many barriers in the way to actually make a meaningful change. I help individuals work through relationship challenges, including those reflecting on their relationship history, whether their relationship still aligns with their values, and if separation/divorce may be a possibility. From a holistic perspective, I recognize the connection between mental, emotional and physical well-being. I integrate this into my practice through an integrative, or eclectic, approach to therapy. This means that I utilize techniques from several evidence-based therapy modalities in a way that creates an individualized, effective treatment plan. This flexible approach aims to address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life stressors like the ones mentioned above. From a practical stance, I aim to support clients with skill building around areas such as communication, assertiveness, emotion regulation, and executive functioning. Developing these skills can enhance your strength, resilience, and flexibility to better manage everyday stressors, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. Let's find out what is important to you.
