From a holistic perspective, I recognize the connection between mental, emotional and physical well-being. I integrate this into my practice through an integrative, or eclectic, approach to therapy. This means that I utilize techniques from several evidence-based therapy modalities in a way that creates an individualized, effective treatment plan.
This flexible approach aims to address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life stressors.
I aim to support clients with skill building around areas such as communication, assertiveness, emotion regulation, and executive functioning. Developing these skills can enhance your strength, resilience, and flexibility to better manage everyday stressors, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
